Return Policy

At Artee, each abaya is carefully crafted and inspected to ensure the highest quality. Because of the nature of our products, we follow a strict No Return and No Exchange Policy.


1. No Returns or Exchanges

  • All sales are final. Once a purchase is made, items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • This policy applies to both in-store and online purchases.


2. Exceptions

Returns or exchanges will only be considered if:

  • The item is defective or damaged at the time of purchase.

  • You notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item, providing proof of defect (in-store verification or photos for online orders).

If approved, we may offer a replacement of the same item or store credit. Cash refunds are not provided.


3. Custom Orders

  • Custom-made or altered abayas are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.


4. Hygiene & Quality Reasons

  • Due to the intimate and personal nature of clothing, and to maintain hygiene standards, returns and exchanges are not permitted.
